Our regular technician, Bobby, has been great. He is prompt, reliable, always friendly and willing to explain what he’s doing and what he’s finding. I got an education on box elder bugs (I think that was it) one time. We recently had a termite problem discovered. KY-KO was very quick to respond with an estimate and got the work done within a few days. They have been great.
