General Pest Services
In the event that a need for additional services arises other than regular scheduled service, KY-KO Pest will provide such service within 30 days of a previous regular service, at no extra charge.
Pigeon
Bird Control Exclusion Systems are guaranteed by our 3 Year Warranty to deter target birds, where installed. This also covers initial installation against mechanical breakdown.
Home Seal
KY-KO Pest Prevention guarantees the workmanship and materials for 3 years from the date of installation. If during that time there is a breakdown in installation or materials, KY-KO Pest will repair the area in question at no cost to the customer. This guarantee only applies to the original purchaser of the Home Sealing Service. Lifetime warranties are available to those who have service on a monthly or bi-monthly basis. Termites
If a reinfestation is discovered to the covered premises, KY-KO Pest Prevetnion will perform any further retreatment it finds necessary, free of charge, for the initial and renewal term of the warranty. Termite warranties range from 1 to 5 years. Call our office for more information 480-964-8900.
